Technical process
原料通过工程车辆送入进料斗内，通过高压水冲洗后进入振动筛内进行筛选，分级为粗料、中等料与细料三种规格，其中不合格的粗料直接通过溜槽排入废料池中；
合格的中等料通过沙金选矿设备两条固定式淘金毡溜槽进行回收，废料通过一台挖斗式脱水机脱水后由输送机传出。
细料通过料斗下部的一台8寸沙泵打入两台脱泥设备进行脱泥（可以防止泥浆在选金离心机内部离心力的作用下对金进行包裹形成泥球，极大的提高离心机回收率），脱泥后的细料排入料箱内通过沙泵打入两台1200#沙金精选卧式全自动排矿离心机内进行精选，沙金离心机精选出的精料会自动排入精料箱内，沙金离心机废料排入废料池中，通过另一台挖斗脱水机脱水后由输送机输送至指定区域。
The raw material getting into feed hopper then into vibrating screen by swilling of high pressure water to be classified into 3size,the big size,the normal size, the small size,the one in big size useless is directly to get rid to scrap pool.
The one in normal price to be recovered by 2fixed gold sluice with carpet,the scrap material to be transported by conveyor after the bucket chain machine taking water off.
The one in small size get into desliming machine by pumping of 1set 8inch sand pump (it’s efficiently the recover of gold concentrator by preventing surface gold covered by the muddy mineral),then the clay-off mineral getting into 2set of horizontal gold concentrator to get concentrate into mineral box,the scrap into scrap pool which finally transported to destination by conveyor after the process of taking water off by buck chain machine.
