2、本套淘金设备采用了振动料仓+滚筒筛进行矿物筛选分级，有效减少了滚筒筛磨损，提高了筛分效率。
3、淘金设备处理量大、回收率高。
4、淘金设备集成化程度高，经过多年生产实践，故障率低、维护/维修简单、方便。
5、淘金设备占用人工资源少，节约用户成本。

6、采用两台水套式离心机、水套离心机进行精选，保证高回收率。
Brief Introduction
This set of mobile trommel gold separating plant with vibrating feeder is based on our years' experience of mine machinery manufacturing, and constantly consummates the feedback information of users. It has the following advantages according to the traditional gold-dressing equipment:
1, All of them adopt the automobile chassis design, which is not affected by the terrain, and has a wider range of application, which can turn 180 degrees. It overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional sledge-type equipment, such as the inconvenient movement, the inconvenient steering and the strict requirements for the terrain.
2, The vibrating silo drum sieve is used for mineral screening and grading, which can effectively reduce the wear of the roller screen and improve the screening efficiency.
3, large amount of work capacity and high recovery rate.
4, the equipment integration degree is high, after many years production practice, the breakdown rate is low, the maintenance is simple, convenient.

5,With very little human work,it can reduce the cost of human resource.

6,With 2 set of 80#Knelson centrifugal concentrator,which can get high reconvery of gold concentrate.

【水套式离心机+移动淘金车选矿设备流程概述】
原料通过工程机械送入振动料仓，首先筛选出较大不合格的物料，减少砂金设备筛分滚筒筛磨损，提高工作效率，合格的物料通过料斗下部的振动给料机由上料输送机均匀送入绞洗式滚筒筛内进行筛选分级为：15mm以上粗料与6-15mm 物料，小于6mm细料三种规格。其中粗料直接排出，6-15mm物料通过选砂金机械一条固定式淘金毡溜槽进行回收后，废料排入废料区域；
小于6mm细料利用高低落差进入水套式离心机选金设备,两台80#水套式离心机、黄金水套离心机进行精选。

Technical process
The mineral mixture getting into vibrating feed hopper by excavator,firstly to get rid the useless minerals in very big size,it makes the machine more efficently and can redcue the abrasion,then the mineral getting into shaking feeder which located under the vibrating feeder,transporting by conveyor to reamers trommel screen to be classified to be:>15mm，6-15mm and＜6mm.The mineral in big size＞15mm to get rid and 6-15mm to be recovered by fixed gold sluice,the mineral in small size<6mm sending 2set knleson series centrifuge concentrator by gravityfeeding to get gold concentrate.
